Rafflesia and Maninjau Trek
Day 1 (Padang-Bukittinggi/Harau [optional], L,D)
Meet & Greet upon arrival at Minangkabau International Airport with our staff. Tour start directly to Bukittinggi/Harau (+ 2/2,5 hours non stop drive normally) . Stay at Bukittinggi/Harau Valey. On the way we will make a few stop at Lembah Anai for a coffee break, breath taking the fresh view enroute to hotel/homestay.
Day 2 (Bukittinggi/Harau-Palupuh-Puncak Lawang-Maninjau, B,L,D)
After hotel/homestay breakfast we proceed to Palupuah to do a soft trek in reserve forest to see and taking picture of blooming Rafflesia. Spending 2-3 hour here we continue to Puncak Lawang via country road to enjoy the green and fresh of West Sumatra nature. From Puncak Lawang we do another soft trek in the country side where then we can visit tradional brown sugar industry (made of cane and processing by human and buffalo) and walking inside the forest where we will stay at a simple homestay there. Lunch will be enroute and dinner will be at homestay.
Day 3 (Maninjau)
Breakfast at homestay, we will do a down trek to Lake Maninjau. We will pass forest, countryside with rice field. Arriving in Lake Maninjau, check in at home stay/hotel near the lake. Directly proceed to another trip to reach a waterfall to enjoy. Back to hotel/home stay, free progam. On the way of this day of trek & trip there will be possibility to discover more of nature, flora, fauna and village people life of Minangkabau, West Sumatra.
Day 3 (Maninjau-Minangkabau Airport, B, [L, optional, depend on flight schedule and cutting price for no lunch)
Breakfast at homestay, we will do a down trek to Lake Maninjau. We will pass forest, countryside with rice field. Then continue to Minangkabau International Airport via Pariaman. Tour end.
