Minangkabau Tour 4D3N

Day 1, Padang-Payakumbuh (L,D)

Pick up at Minangkabau International Airport, meet and greet with our representative. Tour will start to Payakumbuh (Harau Valley). On the way, stop at Anay Valley to enjoy water fall in Anai reserve forest. Then we continue to Minangkabau Documentation center known as Minangkabau Village to have brainstorming about Minangkabau. Lunch would be served at local food resturant (halal). Visiting Pandai Sikek to see traditonal Minang’s weaving and carving. Via koto baru in order to get a nice trip view, we continue to the next destination, Harau Valey, a green and fresh valley surrounding of artistic rock, some waterfalls, rice fields, and reserve rain forest, check in at Lembah Echo Valley. Enjoying the green and fresh nature here, free program. In the evening having dinner at city local restaurant (halal).

Day 2, Payakumbuh-Batusangkar-Bukittinggi (B,L,D)

After breakfast in homestay, leaving the beautiful Harau to Batusangkar, a legendary place where Minangkabau’s people originally from. We will take a route via Tabek Patah, with a beautiful scenary, on the way stop at Hj. Rosma embroidery and coffee miling home industry, continue to a historical royal site of Minangkabau, Pagaruyung/Silindungbulan and few other unique sites. Enroute lunch at local restaurant. Encircling Mt. Merapi we drive to Bukittinggi, a tourism icon town of West Sumatra which surrounded by three mountains. Stop at Jam Gadang, a historical clock tower since Dutch colonialism. The clock tower are in the area of Bukittingi public market where later on you are free to have shopping here. Check in at choice hotel. Free program and Dinner will be arranged at local restaurant (halal).

Day 3, Bukittinggi-Padang (B,L,D)

After hotel breakfast, we go to Koto Gadang, a beautiful village that is welknown because of many Indonesian influence public figures are from here. Beside, this green village backgrounded by Mt. Singgalang is also wellknown for home made silver industry and embroidery. To reach this village we will enter down the valley of Grand Sianok canyon. Then we enjoy a beautiful trip route to Lake Maninjau, stop a while at Embun Pagi, a green fresh nature area, and continue following the amazing view 44 hairpin curved road. Stop in Maninjau a while (coffee break own expense). From Maninjau we go to Padang city via Pariaman and Ulakan (here you can taste some kinds of traditional expense that taste goood and really cheap). In Padang, there will be city tour to old town, Nurbaya bridge and park (if condition possible), Padang Beach, public market, souvenir shop and check in to choice hotel. Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 4, Hotel (Padang) – Minangkabau International Airport. (B)

Breakfast, check out, and then transferred to Minangkabau International Airport for your next destination. It is pleassure to us to give you a pleasant service in West Sumatra, tour is end.
